A case manager for every client

We assign a case manager to monitor caregiver performance and make sure the service delivered is professional and reliable.

Care plans supervised by our nurses

Caregiver tasks and client care plans are developed and supervised by our registered nurses, and customized to each individual client.

Screening beyond the state minimum

Thorough background checks that surpass state requirements, plus TB testing and CPR, First Aid and AED certification for every caregiver.

We gather feedback through client surveys and on-site monitoring to identify areas for improvement.

Is this medical care?

No. Live Oak Caregivers provides non-medical personal care and concierge services in the home — our own service line is named “Non-Medical Concierge Services.” Client care plans are developed and supervised by our registered nurses, but the care delivered in the home is non-medical.

Are you a franchise?

No. In our own words: “We are NOT a franchise but an experienced, family-run organization.” Bill Falconer founded the company in 2014 and still runs it.
